Travel details - Airfare

There are two possible airports to fly into:
Lincoln (LNK) is about 30 minutes drive from Seward.
Omaha (OMA) is about 1 1/2 hours drive from Seward.

Since Omaha is the larger airport, there are more options and sometimes lower fares. For Houston travelers, Continental offers a direct flight from IAH to Omaha.

A Continental MeetingWorks event has been setup for the Garza-Pike wedding.
If you book on-line, you can get the following discounts:

- If your ticket is less than $299, you save 5%.
- If your ticket is between $300 and$598, you save 8%.
- If your ticket is greater than $599, you save a whooping 15%!!

This offer applys to everyone regardless of starting city. However, the destination city must be Omaha.

The rules
- Valid travel dates: July 23 to August 2 2007
- Minimum stay: 2 nights
- Must book on-line and provide the Z Code and Agreement Code at time of booking.

Contact Anita for the codes. Happy Travels!

Welcome!!!

First of all, Anita and I want to welcome you to our little nook of the World Wide Web. We are looking forward to our big day and sharing it with you guys (for you Texans, "y'all"). So now that we've finished with necessary pleasantries, on to the nitty-gritty.

Here you will find all the details, breaking news, and information in regards to the wedding, reception, and everything else that you may not even thought of. Say, for instance, where the heck is this state of these "Cornhuskers?" (answer is at the end of this post...)

That's all we have for now, and by 'now' I mean about 15 minutes worth because we actually have our first post written, but we wanted to welcome 'y'all' first rather than just introducing this page at random... Check back often as you may've missed something!

Brian and Anita

Answer: Nebraska is right smack dab in the middle of the contiguous 48 states :)
